Actionable Insights

1. Focus on Self-Perception, Not Others'

Prioritize changing how you think about yourself over trying to change others’ perceptions of you, as improving self-perception is a more worthwhile and controllable pursuit.

2. Align Behavior with Values

Improve how you feel about yourself by consciously changing your behavior to be more aligned with the person you aspire to be and with your core values.

3. Reflect on Your True Identity

Regularly spend time thinking about your own identity to ensure you are living your authentic life, rather than one shaped by what you perceive others think of you.

4. Pursue Authentic Goals

Ensure your goals are truly yours and align with your most authentic self, rather than pursuing things for external validation or because you think other people value them.

5. Practice Job Crafting for Meaning

If you are in a job or relationship you dislike and cannot leave, actively seek meaning by asking what you can learn, adopt, or what the situation is trying to teach you, transforming your perception of the work.

6. Cultivate Universal Gratitude

Extend your gratitude practice beyond daily routines to encompass every aspect of your life, even when things are not going your way, by seeking value in all experiences.

7. Seek Meaning in Adversity

In challenging situations, ask yourself, ‘Where is there meaning in this?’ and ‘What is the lesson here so I don’t repeat this again?’ to foster a positive outlook and learn from difficult experiences.

8. Persevere Beyond Expectations

Continue to work, push, and learn even if your progress doesn’t look like your imagined picture, as you may still be moving in the right direction towards your goals, just not in the way you anticipated.

9. Consider Daily Gut Health Supplement

Consider incorporating a daily health drink like AG1 into your routine to support digestion and enrich your gut microbiome with beneficial bacteria and plant-based compounds.
